VACT provides the guide to enable a participatory workshop in sharing accurate information about gender and inclusion to engage in critical self-reflection, provoke dialogue on beliefs, values and professional ethics and responsibilities around providing and receiving care. It is a resource for trainers, program managers, program facilitators and technical advisors who will organize or facilitate training events and advocacy workshops in the field of Gender, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Sexuality and, specifically, for increased access to safe and inclusive gender responsiveness. It is designed to provide experienced facilitators with the background Information, materials, instructions, and tips necessary to effectively facilitate VCAT interventions.
