EARLY IDENTIFICATION AND SAFE REFERRAL (EISR) is a training aim to better understand the elements of Early Identification as appropriate referral mechanism within the child protection. The training aims to improve the existing child protection system with regard to safely and properly identifying, and referring child protection cases and empower the participants with skills on early identification and safe referral of children with protection concerns.
