Gup, Mangmi, GAOs and Health Assistant in Haa reached 66 people in 4 gewogs -Sombaykha, Dorithasa, Nakha and Galingka to sensitize on domestic violence/sexual & gender based violence on 26th April 2019 with the fund support from DEFAT-IPPF.
21st- 22nd April 2019: A 2 day sensitization and consultative workshop on gender Based Violence and Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights funded by DFAT-IPPF , with 29 eminent Gurujis and 8 CBSS volunteers representing Tsirang, Chukha, Gelephu, Samtse, Paro, Samdrupjongkhar is in progress in Phuntsholing.

7th April – RENEW and MoH officials successfully completed an awareness program in 15 Gewog, Trashigang with help from dzongkhag officails ( Dasho Dzongda, Dasho Dzobgrab, Dasho Dungpa (Thrimzhing), Trashigang Thrizin, Gups,Mangmis, Tshogpas, Village Health workers ) roll out training on SRHR and GBV with support from Helvetas & DFAT-IPPF on 7th April 2019 which
21st March 2019: Creating awareness using newly developed Gender Based violence toolkit to the community people in Merak,Tashigang.
Roll out training on SRHR and GBV toolkit.MSTF-CBSS gearing towards Community Empowerment in Tashigang.
18th -19th March 2019: Roll out training on SRHR and GBV toolkit to Gups, Tshogpas and Village health workers in progress in Tashigang. Total 53 participants including dzongkhag staff are attending the training. The program will be carried forward in all 15 Gewogs from 20th March 2019 with fund supported from Helvetas and DFAT-IPPF.
14th March-RENEW Livelihood Skills Training and Fida International conducted two days training on design thinking process to the staff. It was for the Livelihood Program staffs and former tailoring trainees and it included on-the-job guidance and was steered by Mrs Marja Salerto, Development Cooperation Program Advisor and Mrs Paivi Jokivuori, consultant of project management from
11th March- RENEW organized a 3-day training with Local Government leaders, village health workers and MSTF-CBSS Volunteers of Haa Dzongkhag from 27 Feb – 1 March, 2019 at the DT Hall at Haa. The training included roll out of SRHR and GBV toolkit and Trafficking in Persons and was held with support from IPPF and
12 episode talk show on social issues The 1st episode is being launched today on 8th March, To mark the International Womens’ Day @ BBS 2,The other episode will be aired every Friday and Tuesday 8 pm @ BBS 2 .
